Thoughtfully-made knitting needles and crochet hooks are a pleasure to use.  We stock Brittany, Clover and Bryspun hooks and needles – because they’re pretty to look at, warm and comfortable in the hands.  We also carry useful, easy-to-wind tatting shuttles.
Need a project on-the -go or a gift for a fiber-loving friend or relative? Kits for socks, scarves, ponchos and purses contain yarn, instructions and needles and a photo of the finished product, contained in a tapestry knitting reticule.
Acquiring the graceful arts and improving the skills you already have is a loving gift to yourself and the world.  I teach across the U.S. and abroad – as well as in daytime and evening classes at the studio.  Visiting teachers will also be teaching here.  Class size is limited to 6 to 8 participants. (depending on the class).
Design and pattern creation are a personal joy.  My designs have been published internationally and they’re also available directly from me.
FEATURED PATTERN OF THE MONTH
One graceful use of our talent is the creation of gifts for those less fortunate.  We are striving to knit at least 100 pairs of mittens each year for SENECA SANTA, a non-profit organization which annually provides gifts to needy children in our area.  From time to time we support other areas of need.
Hand-made, one-of-a-kind, finished gifts are available for purchase.

What's new? Patons Silk Bamboo - a wonderfully silky dk weight perfect for late summer/early fall sweaters (ask to see mine), a Divine 3-hour top-down baby sweater - I wrote the pattern and I'll share; New Zealand wool sweater packs - hand-paints in a rainbow of colors, economically packaged - I got a good deal on the yarn, so you will too!  New sock yarns in fall colors are coming soon.

We have searched the world  - and our neighborhood - for natural fiber yarns including wool, mohair, alpaca, silk, cotton, organic cotton, and fine threads for crochet and tatting.
